Program components

Building a presence on LinkedIn is a long game. This program will give you a solid foundation and a quick start, using a proven methodology based on best practices and Tweney Media’s extensive experience in thought leadership and on LinkedIn.

  1. Discovery: I conduct interviews with you and your team, and do research and analysis of competitive/comparable leaders
  2. Strategy: I create a LinkedIn content strategy for you, including defining goals, establishing key messages, creating a guide to approved language and tone, and providing structure for a LinkedIn campaign
  3. Profile optimization: I ensure that your LinkedIn profile page is as effective and on-message as possible
  4. Campaign planning: I create a content calendar for a 12-week campaign, vet topics with you, and schedule those topics
  5. Campaign execution: Throughout the 12-week campaign, I create weekly medium-to-long-form LinkedIn posts for you, including writing, revision, and image sourcing, and work with you to schedule and publish them (or optionally publish them for you on your profile).
  6. Analysis: I help you evaluate the results by reviewing LinkedIn metrics to establish what works, based on impressions and engagements (reactions, comments, and reposts)
  7. Playbook: I create a hands-on guide for LinkedIn posting that you and your team can use to create campaigns and content going forward.
  8. Continued support: I train your team and hand off writing and execution to in-house staff at the end of the 12-week campaign.

This program requires a few hours of your time up front to assist with discovery and strategy, plus a small but consistent commitment of time after the first few weeks for you to review topics and posts.
